On August 9, 2023, the opening ceremony of the joint laboratory of Hebei Xinyu Welding Co., Ltd. and HBIS Group Shisteel (Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.) was held in Xinyu Company. Jin Qiusheng, chairman of Xinyu Company, and Huang Yongjian, chairman of Shigang Company, jointly unveiled the opening ceremony.
